1. christmas…was fun, hectic, and filled with great food and drinks…and of course, family!
2. got a job! i received an offer from my first nyc employer located in the meatpacking district.
3. my first visitors came for a night. mike and lando drove in from d.c. and we packed in all the major sights in 2 full days. it was mike’s first time to nyc and i think he liked it. photos are in facebook and i gave it up for lent, so i’ll post them later.
4. day trip to woodbury commons outlets. holy shit! my wallet hurts.
5. atlantic city. stayed at the tropicana…thanks ces, for the hookup!
6. new year’s eve!
mmmm… wish i was there for all those desserts at christmas! especially the flan! looks delish!!
the flan WAS delish! my mom has some stiff competition. it was my cousin’s wife, ces who made it. i need to steal the recipe from her.
